Tone Detector
The CableTracker Probe CT15 detects a trace tone transmitted by the CableTracker CT10 or CT12 Signal Generators.
When the CT15 Probe is near the correct cable pair or punch down, it emits an audio sound at a frequency and pattern generated by the CableTracker CT10, CT12 or other Tone Generators.

Overview
Place the CableTracker CT15 non-conductive probe tip near the cable or termination to be identified and the Probe emits an audible signal from the tone generator that is attached to the cable. The audible signal is loudest when the Probe is near the correct cable or termination point. The volume can be adjusted by rotating the thumb wheel located above the button.
The CT15 Probe also features one button operation. Press and hold the TEST button and ensure the green LED is illuminated. The LED light from the light pipe indicates that the unit is on and the battery has adequate voltage.
The CableTracker Probe (CT15) incorporated volume control, non-conductive plastic tip and complete compatibility with existing toners on the market. The CableTracker can be used with the CableTracker CT10 and CT12 Tone Generators, CableTool CT50, PingerPro Series and the LanExpert 80.
